We aim to despatch your gifts within one working day but this may be slightly extended in busier periods such as Bank Holidays or annual celebrations. All orders are despatched with Royal Mail and we offer 1st Class, Tracked 48 Hour and Tracked 24 Hour services depending on the gift you have purchased.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and can be delayed beyond our control.

Will Products Arrive Together?
Where we can we pack items together to reduce the number of letters and parcels we send and to reduce your delivery costs. However, sometimes we send different products from different warehouses so on these occasions they will be packed separately and have their own charge.
